I was losing my hair – my four simple changes helped me grow it back, I didn’t need to take any pricey supplements

She didn’t need to take any supplements and utilized cheap methods instead.
A Reddit user was losing her hair and shared changes that helped grow it back[/caption]A Reddit user took to the social media platform to share a few hair growth recommendations that took her locks from limp to luscious.
She explained in a post the four “simple” things she did in the online community Indian Skincare Addicts.
She showed before and after images of how her hairline looked after integrating them.
“As evident from the before picture, my hair was betraying me,” she wrote.
After getting good results, she “feels confident” recommending them to others.
She first applied rosemary essential oil and grapeseed carrier oil on her scalp once or twice a week from Amazon.
The haircare fan joked that it was whenever she remembered to do it because “her discipline is non-existent.”
The growth wasn’t overnight and she didn’t think it was “some placebo.”
“It took months and I am getting the desired results too,” she added.
There is a specific method to wash it out, and she shared her wash day routine in another post.
Another trick that helped her “big time” was fixing her sleep.
She recommended the first five episodes of The Huberman Lab podcast that covered sleep science.
The Reddit user explained that “sleep is restorative.”
“I did not take any supplements and stuck only to the behavioral changes explained in the podcast,” she added.
The next important part on the list was healthy modifications to her diet.
She upped her protein, walnuts, almonds, seeds, and vegetables intake.
As a vegetarian, she was already “eating well” and staying hydrated, so they were the only additions she made to her wellness.
The last factor on her list was stress management.
“Where do I even begin? I am still learning this skill honestly,” she admitted in the post.
“Stress definitely causes hair-loss for me, as it does for a lot of other people.”
At the end of the day, she explained that you must “do what works for you.”
Your hair health is related to how well you take care of your mind and body.
Getting adequate amounts of good sleep also plays a huge role in learning, emotional processing, and stress management.
