BARGAIN-HUNTING shoppers are raving over £6 Boots find that they claim gives their locks the ”ultimate root boost”.
Is your hair lacking volume but everything that you’ve tried leaves a sticky residue? Well, look no further, as Boots customers have spotted the perfect solution.
Meet Charles Worthington Thicker & Fuller Thickening Mist, one of the most popular hair-thickening products on the high street which shoppers have dubbed ”a bottle of magic”.
The mist, which sells for a purse-friendly £6.66 thanks to the fabulous offer, is packed with thickening agents that will leave your hair feeling naturally fuller and thicker from root to tip.
Not only that, but the vegan-friendly formula also promises to make your hair stronger – and it’s a must if you love styling your locks, as it boasts heat protection up to 225C.
If you have fine and thin hair, this bargain is a must – especially as it usually goes for £9.99, meaning you’re saving £3.33 with the Boots sale.
Gleaming in an impressive 4.6-star rating, it comes as no surprise as beauty lovers have been going totally wild over the haircare product.
According to one shopper, who’d given the spray five stars, you won’t experience the sticky residue other alternatives tend to leave.

Another, meanwhile, was so amazed by the buy, they said it was their ”favourite” haircare product at the moment.
”Simply put – love it! It us my favourite mousse to use with the same shampoo line.
”Provides volume and stability to my fine, untreated hair. Be careful not to over use though, as then the effect can be opposite.”

The 4 stages of the hair growth cycle
Hair experts at Philip Kingsley shared the four stages of the hair growtn cycle are: Anagen, Catagen, Telogen and Exogen
Anagen Phase: Also known as the ‘Growth Phase’ or ‘Active Phase’, is when the cells in the root of your hair are most rapidly dividing so more new hair is formed.
During the Anagen Phase, hair grows around half an inch a month [about six inches a year], and faster in the summer than in winter.
This phase of the hair growth cycle lasts an average of three to five years.
Catagen Phase: Following the Anagen Phase, your hair cycle enters a short transitional phase known as the Catagen Phase, which signals the end of active hair growth and cuts individual hairs off from the blood supply and from the cells that produce new hair.
Approximately three percent of all hairs are in this stage at any time and it lasts for around 10 days.
Telogen Phase: The third stage of your natural hair growth cycle is the Telogen Phase, a resting period when strands remain in their follicles but are not actively growing.
An estimate of 10-15 percent of your hairs are in the Telogen Phase at any given moment.
The Telogen Phase lasts around three months or 100 days.
Exogen Phase: The final stage of the Hair Growth Cycle, when individual hair strands are released from their follicles and fall out.
Now the whole process begins again.
But whilst the spray was mainly deemed to be a big hit for the Boots shoppers, there were also a few who were slightly disappointed with the results.
One person, who claimed that this had done ”nothing positive” for their locks, had rated the spray with a mere two stars.
”All this spray seemed to do was make brushing and drying it a bit more difficult and made my hair look a bit bedraggled because it’s not as soft and shiny as usual.”
