The woman revealed that she’d also experienced hair loss but an affordable food worked wonders in stopping the shedding.
“Recently I’ve had a lot of hair loss, then started having 1-2 Brazil nuts a day,” she said.
“My hair has stopped dropping quite dramatically, and my skin is also very smooth all over my body.
“Brazil nuts support thyroid health and they’re high in selenium which is needed for hair.
“But too much selenium is a bad thing – so never more than 1-2 nuts a day.
“Would recommend having one with breakfast and seeing if you have any improvements!”
