Inside Olivia Attwood’s epic glow-down from grid girl with ‘duck’ lips & ‘cheap’ boobs to classy WAG & documentary host
NAILING a toned-down appearance has been a lucrative progression for 33-year-old Olivia Attwood.
She was catapulted into the limelight on Love Island in 2017 and then appeared in a slew of reality TV shows – until she decided to forge her way into serious documentary making.
Known for her sharp wit, no-nonsense attitude and enviable style, it’s easy to see why hordes of young women love Olivia.
But the way she looks is certainly relevant to her success too.
Olivia believes that her glamorous appearance means “people don’t want to highlight” her post-villa achievements.
The So Wrong It’s Right podcast host is no stranger to going under the knife – and she’ll proudly admit it.
She has openly had two boob jobs, chin lipo, an eyebrow thread lift and multiple injectables in her face.
But these days, she prefers gentle highlights over peroxide blonde, lip blush over filler and natural-looking breast implants over big “painful” ones.
She’s also ditched the high-rise city life of Manchester for a stunning £1 million home in a quaint area of Cheshire, further adding to her classy appeal.
In recent years, Olivia has admitted that she regrets a number of the procedures she’s had done – particularly her first boob job.
Brand and culture expert Nick Ede described Olivia as one of the “most popular stars out there with TV shows, books and podcasts all making her a household name”.
And he believes her refreshing honesty will cement her as a “role model” to millions of young girls and catapult her career as a serious documentary maker.
She already fronts ITV’s The Price of Perfection, where she delves into the world of cosmetic procedures and her own mistakes with them.
Not the Breast Idea
In August last year, Olivia candidly said that she regrets going under the knife aged 20 for “painful” bigger boobs.
“I got that boob job done when I was young out of a fashion choice,” she admitted. “I wanted big implants as that was the fashion.”
According to The Price of Perfection host, she was “fixated” on getting a boob job since she was 14 years old.

Olivia first started as a Monster grid girl at motorsport events in 2012 when she was 19-years-old, and did it right up until she went into Love Island in 2017.
After placing third in the reality show with then-boyfriend Chris Hughes, she starred in their own spin-off series, Chris & Olivia: Crackin’ On, in 2018.
Later that year, she appeared on Celebs Go Dating and then joined the cast of The Only Way Is Essex in 2019, where she had a number of fiery on-screen rows.
In 2020, the reality TV veteran began starring in her own reality series on ITVBe titled Olivia Meets Her Match, which followed her wedding preparations with footballer Bradley Dack.
In 2021, the tide started to turn.
Olivia made appearances on household shows Lorraine, Tipping Point: Lucky Stars and Loose Women.
Then, in 2022, ITV commissioned her for her first ever documentary series.
She presented Olivia Attwood: Getting Filthy Rich, which explored women selling sexual content online.
In June 2023, ITV commissioned Olivia Marries Her Match and made her a regular guest panellist on Loose Women.
Her most recent docu-series, Olivia Attwood: The Price of Perfection, aired in January this year where she sensitively explored the cosmetic industry.
“I was hung up on the boob thing from a really young age,” she explained. “I used to say to my mum, ‘I’m gonna get a boob job’.
“And even though there was no Instagram or anything like that, I was looking at the way other women looked.
“It was a fashion thing, like the way the Kardashians have influenced culture and fashion with the way they look.”
“I was fixated and it was cheap and quick,” she told The Times in January.
“I was happy for a year, then I realised they didn’t look right for my frame.
“The weight of the implants started to stretch my skin.”
Olivia now believes that it’s “really scary” to go under the knife for trends and has had to “pay the price heavily”.
She had her boobs redone seven years after her initial surgery as they “didn’t fit her body” and were causing her immense pain.
“Olivia has always said she’s had regrets about some of the work she has had done,” Nick exclusively tells Fabulous.
“Now she is happily married and settled down (to former Blackburn and Sunderland footballer Bradley Dack), she doesn’t need to impress or peacock.
“She’s a role model to millions thanks to her being so honest – and her toned down look will appeal to all of these women.”

He assured us that the natural appearance trend is one that’s “not going anywhere”, meaning Olivia is in the prime position to capitalise on it.
Released in January this year, her programme about dodgy cosmetic procedures and cowboy practitioners was streamed more than 5.4 million times.
If that doesn’t affirm her being a role model for millions, then what will?
Olivia has also reduced the amount of filler in her lips and Botox units in her face after being influenced by cosmetic trends around her Love Island reign.
Stiff Upper Lip
“You become kind of blind to it in the mirror,” she admitted in August last year.
“So, other people will say to you, ‘you’ve got too much Botox’, but you’ll go, ‘no, I don’t’.
“Now I look back on a photo of myself three years ago and I go, ‘oh, wow’ – you become blind to that.”
In 2019, she revealed on Instagram that she’d had her top lip filler dissolved for “taking it too far”.
“I’ve been having lip fillers for years, probably five or six years,” she told fans.
“That lip has started to come out of the lip line and started to look really puffy – something I never wanted – so I’m actually excited to start again fresh.”
And a year later, she was forced to hit back at trolls who said she had “duck” lips – begging them to “keep your opinions to yourself”.
After getting her lip filler dissolved and a breast reduction in 2019, Olivia still went under the knife at the end of the year.
She had a £2,500 jawline, chin lipo and contouring procedure to make her face more chiselled.
Less is More
Now, she prefers getting a facial to look after her profile and has even struck up deals with high-street skincare brand Dermalogica.
And rather than pumping her lips with filler every few months, Olivia opts for semi-permanent pink lip make-up for a toned down, but still noticeable, pout.
“I think this has been something that has won her so many fans,” Nick says.
“She’s not afraid to talk about her mistakes with surgery and find out more about it too, as we see in her documentaries.

In fact, Olivia still shares the cosmetic procedures she gets done.
What’s different now is that they’re they’re way less invasive than needles and going under the knife.
In June, she had a £1,250 nonsurgical facelift named Sofwave, which is an ultrasound-based way of lifting the jaw and tightening the skin.
Pastures New
Olivia exclusively told Fabulous in April that she’s actively trying to adopt a more sophisticated look.
“I used to dress like a reality star because I wanted to be one and I wanted to be on Love Island,” she said.
“But now I’m making documentaries, so I want to look cool, respectable, and I never want to look too loud or too busy.
“I am more mindful of where I’m going and what type of impression I would give people, I think.”
Nick believes by applying this to the rest of her appearance, Olivia is cementing herself as a documentary filmmaker with Stacey Dooley-level clout.
“She has already done some great and very successful documentaries and I think she will carry this on and become more serious in her approach,” he tells.
“Having a toned down look is a way of looking more serious and being taken more seriously.
“Stars like Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton and Stacey Dooley all tone it down when addressing subjects with sensitivity.
“I think Olivia may do this but, of course, keep her wicked sense of humour and great personality.”
