Love Island fans spot huge ‘clue’ girl hates her partner and is faking it until the final
LOVE Island fans are convinced that Matilda is faking her feelings for Sean after dropping a huge clue last night.
Candy man Sean confessed his love for Matilda in bed last night – but the brunette beauty failed to say it back.
Matilda told him: “I love love.”
Sean then dropped the bombshell and said: “I love you Matilda.”
Matilda remained silent which prompted Sean to add: “I feel like we’re heading in that direction.”
She then replied: “Ummm, I feel like that.”
Many eagle-eyed fans were quick to spot the awkward moment and raced to social media to insist that Matilda “hates” him.
One wrote on this X account: “Did Sean just tell Matilda he loves her and she replied I feel that LOOOOOOOOOOOL.”
A second posted: “So Matilda tells the girls that she’s catching the feels but pies Sean’s ’love u’ comment, seems like Tilda is more calculated than most thought.”
A third said: “I’m sorry I don’t believe Matilda really likes Sean I feel like she’s faking it harddd.”
“Matilda not saying she loves Sean back is all the evidence I need that she hates him. She’ll dump him as soon as she leaves the villa, this viewer added.
It comes after a total of 253 people complained about Joey Essex, 33, and Sean’s, 24, behaviour towards some of their co-stars.
Some fans have argued that Joey and Sean are “bullying” Mimii and Josh after repeatedly taking swipes at them in and outside of games.
Joey shocked fans when he revealed Mimii’s “secret mission” and said she was sitting on the floor in a “seductive” way.
Mimii was dumped by hunky Ayo at Casa Amor after he found a better connection with Jessica and she has since appeared to find a connection with one of the villa’s newest recruits, Josh.
Earlier this week, the Islanders had to guess where the public ranked them in a series of categories.
But Joey and Sean teamed up to try and cruelly humiliate Josh.
The group argued over which couple is staying together just to win the show.
Josh said: “I don’t think it should be anyone who was in the most genuine,” referring to him and Mimii who received the most votes in that category.
Sean then piped up and said he “wasn’t taking into consideration the past questions because each question was different”, which prompted Josh to say: “You’re clearly not listening to what I’m saying.”
Sean said: “I’m trying to give you logic by what was seen on those clips,” following the Grafties.
Joey interjected: “Let’s go by what they’re seeing in the villa not by these questions.”
Josh begged the pair to listen, saying: “It’s like talking to a wall, how come everyone can understand the logic apart from you two.”
Joey then hit back: “You’re coming for me here.,” but Josh was having none of it and defended himself: “You’re patronising me.”
Joey then brutally brought up the “secret mission” and said that Mimii only ran back to Josh because she didn’t get Ayo.
A furious Mimii slammed Joey for dragging up the past and twisting things.
She told him: “Joey you’re p****** me off, we had a conversation and we sorted it out. You’re actually a d***head.
“You’re actually boring, that’s the only thing you can say.”
Viewers were left gobsmacked at Joey’s low blow and Sean’s constant cruel jibes.
One wrote: “Joey bullied Grace throughout her stay in there and never apologised. Sean has constantly harassed and bullied Mimi and Josh, it’s irritating how some people are making it look like Mimi hasn’t been minding her business and Sean has been poking her . Mimi is the calmest girl on the show but when she react now she’s the problem.”
A second posted: “ITV definitely should NOT step in and make them give a fake ass apology. They can keep it and keep being the turds they are. The only person who wins from an orchestrated PR apology is them.”
A third commented: “I’m surprised they haven’t learned from the Luca/Dami/Tasha situation. One or two dramatic moments is tolerable but it’s draining and boring to watch when it’s the same thing over and over again.”
