I gave my hot tub total privacy using a £4 Argos buy – there’ll be no nosy neighbours peeking over the fence
A SAVVY woman has shared how she made a private corner in her garden to enjoy her hot tub.
Lee Jes, from Scotland, took to social media to share her clever hack which helped stop anyone peeping in on her enjoying her hot tub.
Lee Jes decided to cover up her hot tub for some extra privacy[/caption] She managed to do it using a bargain buy from Argos[/caption]In the clip, the 43-year-old mum showed off her hot tub which was placed underneath an outside gazebo.
However, the gazebo didn’t have any walls meaning that she didn’t get any privacy if her neighbours were in their garden as well.
So the savvy woman decided to use a bargain buy to solve the problem.
In the clip she showed that she had bought two shower curtains from Argos for just £4.
She said: “Using £5 shower curtains from Argos to make side panels for my gazebo,” however it seems the price has gone down since then.
Lee simply took the shower curtains and attached the hooks to the iron bars of her gazebo in the garden.
This meant she could easily pull them to the side to get in and enjoy her hot tub and close them off for some privacy.
“These shower curtains sure do the trick,” she said as she showed off the finished product.
Her glow up hot tub looked amazing with the shower curtains closed, meaning she could even enjoy it at night time to now the corner was shut off.
In total it cost her just £10 to make her own privacy fence, much cheaper than building a wooden one.
The clip has since gone viral on her TikTok account @x__lee__x with over 43k views.
People were quick to share their thoughts in the comments section of the post.
One person wrote: “Great idea.”
Another commented: “Looks great.. I’ve got the Asda basic ones round mine £2 each.”
“Genius,” penned a third.
Meanwhile a fourth said: “OMG that is a bloody good idea.”
“Brilliant doing it with mine also,” claimed a fifth.
Someone else added: “Weight your sides down. I had the same one it blew over. Good tip for the sides though.”
