Savvy mums rave about Tesco tent that costs just £10 and is perfect at keeping your little one out of the sun
A MUM has shared the savvy way to keep your babies out of the sun this summer.
Eesh took to social media to share her clever hack which meant she could sit outside and enjoy the sun without worrying her daughter will overheat.
The first time mum shared her Tesco buy which cost her just £10.
In the clip, her adorable daughter could be seen swinging in her baby chair relaxing under the teepee.
The teepee had a cute pattern of woodland creatures all of it and was called the Cubs Club Woodland Teepee.
The mum said: “They have these wooden teepee tents on sale in Tesco for £10 at the moment.”
While the tent is great for keeping the sun off your little ones, it doesn’t mean they won’t get hot if outside so it’s best to take other precautions as well and to not stay outside for too long.
According to the NHS babies less than 6 months old should be kept out of direct sunlight as their skin contains too little melanin, which provides some protection from the sun.
Older babies should also be kept out of the sun as much as possible, particularly in the summer and between 11am and 3pm, when the sun is at its strongest.
Of course, if you need to go outside ensure they have shade such as the teepee and that you apply SPF to them.
Eesh added: “Love this for keeping baby in the shade for Summer and they are so cute to take on picnics.”
The teepees are currently on sale in selected stores and can’t be bought online so you better be quick if you want to bag one.
The clip posted to her TikTok account @eeshmama with over 498k views and 11k likes.
Mums were quick to thank the mum for sharing her bargain buy and couldn’t wait to get it for their own tots, and we can see why.
The teepee structure means it’s easy to put up and down if you want to take it to the park and looks adorable.

Weather forecast for the weekend
The weather is forecasted to cool down a little this weekend in England thankfully.
According to the Met office Saturday will see rain slowly clearing the southeast through the day. Sunny spells elsewhere with well scattered showers across Northern Ireland and Scotland. Feeling fresher for all, but still pleasantly warm.
Sunday will be dry again with an estimated temperature of 23c.
