I’m a hot gran with a six pack & only wear bikinis or crop tops, I won’t hide my 64-year-old body when I look this good
A FIT grandmother refuses to hide her 64-year-old body and often flaunts her six-pack by wearing tiny bikinis.
Lesley Maxwell, a 64-year-old personal trainer from Melbourne, Australia, looks fantastic due to her rigorous fitness regimen.
Lesley Maxwell, 64, has a “perfectly sculpted body”[/caption]The gym lover, who is often mistaken for her granddaughter, describes herself as ‘ageless’ and regularly attracts compliments from men less than half her age.
She has over 146,000 Instagram followers and frequently receives compliments on her abs, which are “sculpted to perfection.”
Yet, the social media star attributes her ‘cougar’ status to science.
She previously revealed to Fabulous that she has always been “comfortable” with her body.
Lesley explains: “But I feel even more confident now that I’m fitter and stronger.
“I love inspiring other women to feel ageless and confident enough to wear what they want. Age is just a number.”
In one of her pictures, a fitness fan commented: “Super! In each of your photos there is a different expression, very beautiful and interesting!”
The blonde beauty focuses on creating a “younger body” through weight training and clean eating.
The trainer, who has “never dated a man” her own age, takes pride in having a “fit, strong, and toned body,” which she believes makes anyone feel ageless.
Lesley adds: “There are actually two ways of ageing: ‘chronologically and biologically.’
“Chronological age is measured in years, but biological age refers to how old your cells are, including muscle mass and bone density.
“Your biological age can be much lower than your chronological age. Isn’t that exciting?

“We can actually create a younger body—and it feels amazing, by the way.”
This year, her fitness goals have been to increase her weight “a little” by boosting her food intake, especially protein.
Talking on Instagram, she said, “Our body always responds to how we treat it.
“I guess I like to put myself in that situation as it proves to others that no matter your goals—or your age—your body is waiting for you to make those changes too.”
The grandmother takes pride in her health and fitness[/caption] She has gained a huge following on Instagram[/caption]Lesley has her own method of training and eating.
She says: “Learning how to train effectively with weights and incorporating movements that add lean body tissue and strengthen our bones will delay the ageing process.
“Becoming ageless makes dating not so much about matching ages, but more about who we are attracted to and vice versa.”
Her staple exercise for a lean back
By Lesley Maxwell
Don’t forget to train your back.
The average person has in fact NEVER trained their back.
Here are my staple back exercises:
Seated Rows.
Lat Pulldown
Dumbbell Rows.
Straight Arm pulldowns
Chin ups.
These exercises work your back, core. Shoulders and Biceps.
Stay in the 8 to 10 rep range and use slow and controlled movements.
