BBC radio star gives birth to first child and shares adorable picture
BBC Radio star Gemma Cairney has given birth to her first child.
The Radio 1 and Radio 6 host shared a snap with her partner Cameron McAllister holding their bundle of joy.

Announcing the new arrival, the 39 year-old wrote: TWO WEKS of the best madness, blessings, bliss, breathes, prayers, tears & momentous delirium.
” I can’t offer enough thanks to our friends / kin, midwives, soothsayers, staunch support! Never ever felt love like this.
We are a fresh fam of 3, yipeeeeeeeee.”
The couple were soon flooded with wellwishes from their famous friends.
Singer Paloma Faith commented: “Congratulations you legend ! Welcome to a new crazy world.”
Virgin Radio presenter and former Strictly star Angela Scanlon added: “Cannot wait to meet her xxx”
Former BBC radio host Fearne Cotton chipped in: “Heaven. Sending so much love to you gorgeous woman.”
“Omgs congrats!!” said pop star Pixie Lott, alongside a string of heart emojis.
Meanwhile, former Love Island presenter Laura Whitmore weighed in: “Congrats so happy for ya! Xxx”
In the run up to her due date, Gemma regularly shared updates with fans by posting bump pics.
“Our bodies are outstanding ya know, I’m rollin’ in awe of mine and yours,” she wrote as she shared one gorgeous shot.
Gemma’s career began working behind the scenes as a fashion stylist.
She then moved into radio, working for 4 Radio and Kiss FM, before joining the BBC.
Gemma also fronted radio show Big Brother‘s Big Ears with Iain Lee in 2008, a radio companion show to the reality juggernaut.
