Marnie replied: “I think it will be January.”
The last series, called ‘Geordiemoon’ had its fair share of drama with fan favourites Charlotte Crosby and Marnie having an epic fallout.
The Sun previously revealed a brand new series shot in Thailand will launch on Paramount + UK and MTV UK.
Now Kyle and ‘Geordie best man’ James have taken matters into their own hands to try to fix the Geordie family before his wedding next year, inviting all the Geordies along to Kyle’s Stag Do in Thailand.
But as the group prepare for a banging night in Bangkok and a ludicrous stag in Koh Samui, no-one is quite ready for the return of original fan favourite – Turbo T, also known as Scotty, whose real name is Scott Timlin.
Scotty T is returning – despite being axed six years ago.
He was on the show until 2018 and returned in 2022 for three series’,
Scotty will join the full cast line-up of Abbie Holborn, Chantelle Connolly, Chloe Ferry, Holly Hagan, James Tindale, Jay Gardner, Nathan Henry, Sophie Kasaei and Ricci Guarnaccio.
Bosses wanted the biggest trip abroad yet and Thailand was thought of as the perfect exotic destination for all the Geordies to enjoy.
A source told The Sun: “The Geordie cast are jetting off to Thailand in the coming days to film the show’s biggest overseas cast trip ever.
“They’re blowing the budget on this big Asian jaunt to kick off the new series, and it’s going to look gorgeous on camera as well as creating the perfect sunshine backdrop for lots of drama.
“Bosses really wanted to kick off the new series with a bang as there have been several big high profile departures with Marnie, Casey, Aaron, and of course, Charlotte leaving, but the show is still a massive priority for MTV – especially globally where it’s huge on paramount plus – so they are still investing big money into it.”
Meanwhile, Charlotte has landed a major role on the Aussie version of the show following her fallout with Marnie.
The Geordie OG reportedly beat out interest from her former co-stars to land a hosting role, which has led to increased tensions behind the scenes.
