A 66-YEAR-OLD woman showed off her impressive physique, including her large biceps that online trolls called too masculine.
The fitness fanatic flexed her muscles as she posed in various swimwear.
Stephanie isn’t afraid to show off some skin[/caption]In her viral video, TikTok user Stephanie (@seniorstrong) shared her unbothered attitude when it comes to body shamers.
She revealed that a man had recently criticised her for looking too “masculine.”
The hater said that Stephanie’s muscular build made her look like she was “lacking feminity.”
Flexing her both her biceps as she posed in a turqoise two-piece, she shared her indifferent reply.
“I took it as a compliment,” Stephanie told her audience.
She went on to describe herself as “strong, fit, and feminine at 66.”
The fitness expert encouraged anyone with a similar mindset to “get with the program.”
In another video, Stephanie told her audience that growing older shouldn’t prevent them from growing stronger.
She explained that she has “never been on to care what society thinks.”
The avid exerciser said she was focusing on “dressing, acting, and ageing” on her own terms.
Her followers shared their thoughts on the rude remark in the comments section.

- Do sumo squats to improve balance, strengthen your core, and strengthen your inner thighs.
