‘ISIS terrorist’ who ‘killed 3 in Germany stabbing attack’ is charged after turning himself in ‘covered in blood’
GERMAN cops have named the man suspected of unleashing a horror knife rampage at a festival which killed three people and injured eight more.
They believe Syrian man Issa Al H is behind the gruesome attack and said he is a “a member of a terrorist organisation abroad”, adding that he shares the “ideology of Islamic State”.

Pictures showed a man thought to be him flanked by armed cops as he was led away barefoot and with goggles and headphones on.
Cops said they took the person suspected of the stabbing attack into custody on Saturday night after he turned himself in “covered in blood”.
Armed cops launched a man hunt for the perpetrator after festival-goers were stabbed at random in western Germany on Friday.
A woman, 56, and two men, 56 and 57, died after the attack in Solingen.
The suspect’s clothes were dirty and covered in blood when he turned himself, according to unnamed security sources in German outlet Der Spiegel.
The knifeman approached officers shortly after 11pm, BILD reported.
He reportedly said: “I am the one you are looking for.”
It comes as the Islamic State group claimed responsibility for the knife attack.
The militant group said in a statement on its Telegram account that the attack was carried out by one of its members.
It is still unclear what relationship the attacker had with ISIS.
Issa had applied for asylum before the knife rampage on Friday.
