When she arrived back at Heathrow Airport, she was detained by officers carrying out an arrest warrant.
After she was issued another court date, Judge Schaffer told her: “You have to attend that date, no ifs or buts, no holidays, no going abroad, you have to attend that date.”
The judge warned Katie that she faces being arrested again if she fails to appear.
Katie confirmed that she understood that she must attend and later added: “I will move my diary for it.”
Back in July, she was ordered to give up the luxury car to help pay off her £760,000 unpaid tax bill.
Katie, who was declared bankrupt for a second time in March over an unpaid tax bill worth more than £750,000.
She was served an eviction notice ordering her to leave her £2million Mucky Mansion by the end of May as bailiffs swooped in.
She was also supposed to hand over her six cars – a Volkswagen Beetle, a Nissan, two Range Rovers, Suzuki Vitara and Infiniti FX50 – on July 5.
The former glamour model indicated she would hand over her pink Range Rover too, but has so far failed to do so, the court was told.
It comes as the mum-of-five was seen showing of her latest £10,000 face lift yesterday ahead of her scheduled court appearance.
She was pictured undergoing a glam makeover at Stush Academy in Oldam, Greater Manchester.
The Page 3 legend even tucked into a box of KFC while being tended to by a beautician.
She stepped out wearing a YSL wicker handbag, retailing for £4,120.
The reality star was joined by her MAFS star boyfriend JJ Slater, 31, as they climbed into her pink Range Rover, personalised with ‘Pricey’ text.
During her last court appearance, Katie was also blasted by the judge over claims she had been charged £50,000 to receive legal advice.
She had said she wanted to attend the next hearing remotely, saying: “I find it difficult in court. I have been assessed by another high court.”
Judge Schaffer told her she must make an application to do so, and that she should seek legal advice.
Price responded: “Now with the legal advice, I tried to get legal advice but I’ve been charged £50,000 up front.
“Now being in a bankruptcy at the moment, the bankruptcy is taking 40 per cent.
“I’m finding it difficult to do that. I can’t get even legal aid because I earn.”
The judge told her she simply needed a solicitor which should cost no more than £500.
He then snapped: “This is a discreet application. It doesn’t take Einstein to do it.”
