The Strictly judge jumped into the sea in a video shared to Instagram[/caption]

The TV personality looked incredible in the one-piece while larking about with friends during the getaway.

Head judge Shirley was egged on by her loved ones as she ran off a pier and into the water in a hilarious video.

In her caption, she wrote: “Every year kickstarting my whole body,, juicing ,,working out and relaxing with some amazing spa treatments.

“It’s this time of the year I look forward to the most taking care of myself.

“How to start an amazing week @jasonvale. Thank you Jason for this very special heaven on earth.”

Juicy Oasis, frequented by the likes of Rob Rinder, Carol Vorderman and Alex Scott, is a seven-day retreat offering a wide range of facilities for guests.

Each day follows a structured schedule, beginning with meditation and yoga.

A morning walk and circuit training session are followed by a refreshing juice break, a spin class, and another yoga session.

The afternoon includes additional juice, high-intensity training, rebounding, and a game of volleyball.

To conclude the day, guests enjoy a final juice, yoga practice, and a nourishing soup.

Shirley is enjoying the well-deserved break just weeks after sharing a cryptic swipe about ‘enemies’ and ‘loyalty‘ amid Strictly’s bullying probe.

The ballroom expert has previously spoken out in support of under-fire Giovanni Pernice.

He quit the BBC show earlier this year after being the subject of a complaint by actress Amanda Abbington.

As Gio, 33, vows to clear his name, Shirley branded him the “perfect gentleman” and defended his teaching technique.

She said: “I think that the show will be absolutely amazing, I can say that, and all the boys and girls that are coming back are fabulous, that’s what makes Strictly so special.”

And, in an apparent swipe at star’s speaking out about the Italian dancer, Shirley posted her cryptic message about ‘loyalty’ on Instagram.

It read: “One mistake you should never make in this life is to allow yourself to be recruited, by someone, to hate another person who hasn’t wrong you.

“Only a foll inherits other people’s enemies as a sign of loyalty.”

Shirley was previously told to rein back her comments on Giovanni while the Beeb probe takes place.

A source told The Mirror: “Shirley has been told she needs to rein it in and not talk about Giovanni in the context of the case.

“It’s such a complex thing that we can’t have people associated with the show speaking out about it.”

The same probe also saw Graziano Di Prima sacked over claims he hit, spat and kicked his celebrity dance partner, Zara McDermott.
