Liverpool on verge of Federico Chiesa transfer with Reds close to agreeing personal terms with Juventus star
LIVERPOOL are edging closer to agreeing personal terms with Juventus forward Federico Chiesa.
The 26-year-old is set to sign a four-year contract after talks occurred on Monday.

The Italy international has been frozen out by the new Juventus manager Thiago Motta after being a regular under Max Allegri.
Motta even left him out of the club’spre-season trip to Germany. with the club looking to cash in on their former prized asset.
After bursting on the European scene in his early Serie A years, he’s struggled since returning from a serious knee problem.

Chiesa was widely regarded as one of the most exciting wingers in Europe before his injury and he starred as Italy won Euro 2021 – he was named in the team of the tournament.

Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal have also previously registered their interest in Chiesa.
Liverpool completed their first signing of the summer on Tuesday when landing Valencia goalkeeper Giorgi Mamardashvili for £29m.
The Georgian shot-stopper is looked at as a long-term asset and will be loaned out to Bournemouth for Prem experience this season.
