Chelsea still looking to complete SEVENTEEN transfers in three days with even more major incomings still on cards
CHELSEA could still complete a whopping SEVENTEEN transfers before Friday’s deadline.
The Blues have already seen 11 new faces come through the doors at Stamford Bridge this summer with 16 stars leaving the club too.
Chelsea have already splashed over £200m on stars such as Pedro Neto this summer[/caption]Chelsea‘s transfer tag team of Todd Boehly and Enzo Maresca have spent in excess of £200m to bring in players like Pedro Neto, Joao Felix and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.
While Cobham graduates such as Ian Maatsen and Conor Gallagher have left the club in search of something new.
But despite so many incomings and outgoings in SW6 already, Chelsea are still hoping they have get another 17 deals over the line before the transfer window slams shut on Friday night.
Most notably, a deal to move on wantaway star Raheem Sterling appears to be towards the top of their list.
And that move could see Manchester United‘s Jadon Sancho switching red for blue as part of a swap deal to shift Sterling on.
Bringing Sancho to the club might not be their only new arrival either, reports have suggested that Maresca and his men are still hoping to sign Brentford striker Ivan Toney.
That deal would free up £100m flop Romelu Lukaku to finally get himself off the books in west London after a string of loan moves in recent seasons.
Lukaku has all but completed a transfer to Napoli with the Italian giants agreeing a £38m deal for the Belgian.

Maresca’s 13-man “bomb squad” have been training away from the rest of the squad with the new boss making it clear they’re not part of his immediate plans at the Bridge – effectively meaning Chelsea are willing to let them go.
That group includes goalkeeping Lucas Bergstrom and Kepa Arrizabalaga who are both surplus to requirements in-between the sticks since the arrival of Filip Jorgensen this summer.
Kepa looks set for a season-long loan at Bournemouth, while Bergstrom, 21, would benefit from some game time elsewhere too.
Ben Chilwell remains an unwanted fixture of the furniture at Chelsea with links suggesting that Man Utd are interested in signing the left-back, however some reports have claimed that his wage packet could make a late exit tough to complete.
Fellow defender Axel Disasi is another name who could leave the club in the remaining days of the window after falling down the pecking order since the arrival of Maresca.
Elsewhere even more out-of-favour stars will be seeking a way out of the crowded dressing room.
Those names include Armando Broja, Carney Chukwuemeka, Trevoh Chalobah, Alex Matos, Angelo Gabriel, Hervey Vale, Tino Anjorin, Deivid Washington and David Datro Fofana.
