A WOMAN who is almost 60 but is completely wrinkle free, with glowing skin, has shared the unlikely skincare product she swears by.
Gigi, 59 often takes to social media to share skincare tips and advice, and has garnered over 293,000 followers on TikTok.

Holding up a giant watermelon to the camera, Gigi said: “What does a 59-year-old do to take care of her skin?
“This is the second watermelon I’ve had in two days.
“I eat a lot in the summer time.
“It’s great for the skin, and it’ll change your life.”
The water and vitamins A, B6, and C contained in watermelon help skin to stay soft, smooth, and supple.
Vitamin C boosts the production of collagen, which improves the elasticity of skin, whilst vitamin A helps to prepare skin cells, and prevents dry flaky skin.
Vitamin B6 helps with skin breakouts.
And as well as eating the popular fruit, you can also rub the rind onto your skin, which can reduce redness, calm inflammation, and even speed up the cell turnover process.
Gigi also said that she uses a micro-exfoliant on her skin.
Micro-exfoliation removes skin cells more gently than regular exfoliation, which helps to buff the skin and leave it looking smoother and brighter.

Tips to age well
There are a number of habits you can take up to care for your health and wellbeing as you age.
Age UK shared the following tips:
- Do things that you enjoy everyday – whether that’s cooking, seeing friends or enjoying a good book
- Stay hydrated – drink six to eight cups of water a day
- Eat plenty of fruit and veggies to lower your risk of heart disease and certain cancers, have beans, pulses, fish, eggs and meat to repair your body after injury, starchy carbs for energy dairy to help keep bones strong
- Manage long-term health conditions to prevent them progressing or having a greater impact on your health
- Quit smoking and reduce alcohol intake to no more than 14 units a week
- Make mental health a priority and get treatment for it, as it can also impact physical health
- Make sure you’re getting quality sleep
- Keep socialising – and call a friend or loved one if you can’t make it out the house
- Be physically active to lower the risk of depression and dementia, heart disease, stroke, Parkinson’s and some cancers
