She said the skincare buy from Dollar Tree softened and evened out her skin without irritating it.
Reddit user InternationalJury693 gushed about a $1.25 serum that helped her skin glow.
“On a whim got the Global Beauty Glowing Vitamin C serum,” she wrote in a post.
She raved that she was “blown away” by the product.
According to the product description on the website, its main ingredient is vitamin C to support collagen production, but it also has niacinamide which helps fade dark spots and even out tone.
“My skin has been feeling kind of dull and it softened it, evened it out, made it feel more bright,” she explained.
She added that there was also “no irritation” and it had several anti-aging benefits.
She also said that she loves that it doesn’t have a fragrance and that its consistency isn’t greasy.
Because she liked the serum, she now wants to try the moisturizer and cleanser from Global Beauty Care.

The Redditor said it was comparable to a popular drugstore buy from Olay.
Amazon sells a Niacinamide 24 + vitamin E serum for $12.68.
