Inside Laura Anderson’s incredible party for daughter Bonnie’s first birthday – with ball pit and bouncy castle
LAURA Anderson celebrated her daughter Bonnie’s birthday in style – throwing a massive bash fit for a Swan Princess.
The former Love Island star, who had Bonnie with Hollyoaks actor ex, Gary Lucy, went all out for the tot’s big day.
With a bouncy castle, ball pit and hundreds of balloons, Laura turned her home into a Princess paradise, with a huge stand complete with swans and butterflies.
Keeping to a pink and lilac theme for the colour scheme, the paart included an intricate cake that also looked like a swan.
Adorable baby Bonnie wore a special dress for the occasion. with a party hat that said “One” on it, and a matching pair of overalls.
She was later changed into a frilly dress with baby pink leggings and white shoes as she giggled with her mum.
Laura wore a cream fishtail dress, with a pink flower in her half-up hairstyle.
She later shared a video of the event, declaring: “We had a good day Bonnie’s First Birthday Party”
Love Island star Kaz Crossley led the sentiments on the post, writing: “Happy birthday angel”
“It’s the happiness that always gets me … that little girl is so loved,” wrote another fan.
“Happy 1st birthday beautiful girl your party looked insane….jealous hope yous both had a great day.” said another.
While a friend and party attendee wrote: “Amazing mum, beautiful Bonnie, and a party that we were so honoured to be a part of! You were both just absolutely beaming!”
The happy day comes after Laura admitted Bonnie had hit a “hard patch” in growing up as she started teething.
Laura has been largely raising Bonnie alone, after Gary – whom she met on Celebs Go Dating in 2022 – announced they had split while she was pregnant.
The star admitted the announcement took her by surprise as she wasn’t expecting it to go public.
Laura felt she was left in the dark after he publicly announced the split without telling her “that he was going to tell everyone that” they “weren’t together.”
Speaking to Zoe Hardman and Georgia Dayton on Made By Mammas: The Podcast: “At the time when I was announcing that I was pregnant, even though we weren’t together I was hoping that we’d work it out because as soon as you put into the public domain that we are not together, it kind of felt a bit of an attack.”
Gary and Laura have had a less-than-pleasant split, with Laura accusing Gary of failing to see their daughter for months at a time.
At the beginning of August, Gary shared a picture of him with Bonnie, kissing her on the forehead and posting the snap online.
However, Laura later swiped at him for it in the comments, writing: “Instead of posting videos of the one time you saw your daughter this year, can you please reply to my text from two weeks ago please, that would be great.”
