FURIOUS Oasis fans hit out tonight after the rush for reunion tickets turned into an expensive shambles.

Millions were left empty-handed after wasting up to 11 hours in online queues — only to be kicked out before they had a chance to buy.

Others found Uber-style “surge pricing”, which sees prices rise according to demand, meaning £150 tickets were costing up to £495.

Fans begged for extra gigs so they could still see their heroes — and the Gallagher brothers are expected to have discussions in the coming days.

The Sun understands one solution being considered is another six dates at Wembley later next year.

A ticket industry source said: “The demand has been absolutely insane — and that’s what’s caused the prices to soar.

“The only people who can solve the issue are Oasis themselves by putting on more dates. Then everyone can calm down a bit.”

While Liam is at his house in the South of France, Noel was at West Ham’s London Stadium on ­Saturday to see his beloved Manchester City win 3-1, main picture.

Onlookers told The Sun: “People who saw Noel made jokes about tickets and he left ten minutes before the end to save himself from being caught up in the crowds.

“It would have been carnage and he’d have been stopping every minute with the amount of people who would have wanted to speak to him.”

Seven million fans were after 1.2million tickets for the group’s 17-date comeback tour — the most in-demand ­ticketing event ever.

Zach Gallagher, 16, of Sutton Coldfield, West Mids, spent six hours in an online queue on Saturday before finally being offered a ticket for £350.

He said: “I love Oasis because my dad always played them in the house. I couldn’t believe my luck when I got through to be able to buy them, but then the price was so ridiculous.

“I really think Oasis should look at doing more gigs because so many people were left disappointed.

“The whole point of the reunion tour is that it’s so the fans can see them. So come on Liam and Noel, let’s have it and get some more dates in the diary.”

Matty O’Donohue tweeted: “Never seen a such a huge backlash. Rightly so. How can they make it right is the question.”

Another frustrated fan wrote: “There should be extra dates added for those queuing for hours and then kicked off — for all our time and effort that has been wasted!”

Some tickets were bought by touts and put back for sale on reselling sites for £3,000.

Politicians echoed the fan anger, suggesting primary ticket sellers Ticketmaster could be investigated.

Labour MP Zarah Sultana called for the company to be nationalised to prevent music fans being ripped off.

Tory MP Caroline Dinenage, former culture minister and chair of a committee set up to probe ticket pricing, said: “This is of huge concern — the whole process feels opaque and unfair.

“This is clearly ripe for another look.

“The Oasis chaos has demonstrated that it’s not just the secondary market.

“The primary market needs looking at too — how these ticket companies conduct themselves and how touts are getting their hands on tickets when real fans can’t.”

Shadow Business Secretary Kevin Hollinrake told The Sun: “It’s important that both platforms like Ticketmaster and the artists who promote tickets through them treat customers fairly.

“That’s why in government we recently strengthened consumer protections through the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumer Act.

“If there is any sign of market abuse or exploitation, it’s vital that the relevant enforcement bodies step in quickly.”

Tik Toker Ty_kix boasted he had managed to buy four £150 tickets for one of the Cardiff gigs and immediately resell them for £1,000 each.

He claimed: “Four grand I’ve just made on Oasis tickets. I’m absolutely buzzing. Honestly, it’s a gold mine this Oasis stuff. You lot are crazy.

“You’re going to be standing up getting covered in p***. You’re insane — £1,000, and I bet that will be cheap in a few months time.”

It is not just fans piling on the pressure.

Friends of Noel and Liam — who reportedly put aside their feud to laugh and joke for new black and white snaps by photographer Simon Emmett — have been told not to expect complimentary tickets.

A source said: “It’s not like the old days when you could get tickets for free, so Noel and Liam’s mates are having to get their own.

“There are no complimentary ­tickets on the tour, despite everyone hoping there would be.

“Noel and Liam, and their teams, have been inundated with requests.

“They have a limited few for their family and closest pals — but everyone else is going to have to find their own.”

Insiders told The Sun how even celebs at Britain’s Got Talent judge Amanda Holden’s house-warming party in the Cotswolds spent Saturday on their phones.
