“Genetics will only get you so far. Strength training combined with proper nutrition will take you to your fitness destination.”
Stephanie then shared some clips of her doing the exercises that help to keep her in shape, such as 90 degree leg presses and cable abductors.
The fitness fanatic explained that she works out her legs “hard” three times a week.

“I’m much stronger now”, she said.
Stephanie insists that she hasn’t had any work done to achieve her washboard abs, and says that it is all down to an increased protein intake, and lifting heavy weights.
The fitness pro loves showing off her amazing figure, by dressing in short shorts and crop tops.
“Society thinks I’m too old at 65 to dress this way”, she said.
“But I’ve never been one to care what society thinks.”
