My baby became famous overnight for being Tommy Fury’s ‘love child’ – I was gobsmacked as I’m just a normal Norfolk mum
A MUM was astonished when she saw her ultrasound was being used in a fake pregnancy announcement linked to Tommy Fury.
Micaela Robinson, 29, woke up last week to see her own pregnancy scan photo had gone viral.
Norfolk mum Micaela Robinson was shocked to see her baby scan used in a fake preganancy announcement linked to Tommy Fury[/caption]The scan was shared on social media by a fake account claiming to be a Danish woman, Milla Corfixen, who Tommy Fury was rumoured to have cheated with.
People online speculated the baby was conceived with Fury after they allegedly met on holiday earlier this year.
While the claim was debunked, many people on social media were still left suspecting the scan was in some way linked to Fury.
But British micro-influencer Micaela, who the photo actually belongs to, has come forward to “claim back her photo” and clear Tommy.
The mum-of-three posted the original scan photo, alongside a giraffe baby grow and knitwear, on Instagram in March.
She was 20 weeks pregnant with her third child, Oakley, who was born on July 30.
The Norwich midwife never thought much of her post – until she saw it being shared by the fake account claiming to be Milla.
“The photo came up on my For You page on TikTok and I thought ‘hang on a minute,'” she explained.
“I did a double take and it took a few minutes to sink in – my scan photo had millions of views.
“I was gobsmacked – it has been plastered over different news outlets claiming all of these things about Tommy Fury.”
Micaela couldn’t understand how her happy announcement got caught up in Tommy’s split with Molly-Mae Hague.
“I’m just your bog-standard average mum living in Norfolk with a family of five – I have no connection to any celebrities,” she said.
“It wasn’t even a post that did particularly well when I shared. It was just part of my pregnancy diaries.
“I don’t even know how they found it – though a hashtag or something maybe? I don’t know!”
Micaela said she took the original photo of her scan in her bedroom on March 28, after going for her 20 week scan where she found out the gender.
She had edited out her full name but left the scan numbers in the right hand corner of the photo.
Timeline of Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury's split
After five years together, Molly-Mae and Tommy Fury split up in August 2024.
At around 4pm on Wednesday, August 14, Molly-Mae and Tommy suffer an explosive showdown and Molly-Mae announces her split from fiancé Tommy Fury, saying ‘ I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way’.
An hour later Tommy shares a separate and brief statement confirming they have parted ways, and thanks Molly-Mae for making him ‘a dad’.
The real reason they split emerges and on Thursday, August 15 The Sun reveals how Molly-Mae learned Tommy had cheated on her – leading to an explosive showdown.
On Saturday, August 17, The Sun reveals how Molly-Mae had been sent an upsetting video showing Tommy kissing a girl in a nightclub in North Macedonia on a lads holiday.
Exactly one week after the split a Danish woman accused of getting close to Tommy speaks to The Sun. On Wednesday, August 21, she denies she is the girl who kissed Tommy.
These were covered with a purple emoji by whoever circulated the photo when linking it to Tommy Fury.
“I just want to claim back my photo!” Micaela said.
“I’m not crying over it – it’s only a scan photo – but it’s made me think about how public my Instagram is.
“It’s just crazy how people go to these lengths to get involved with things. You have to take things with a pinch of salt.”
After her initial shock, Micaela is now able to see the funny side to the situation.
“I have to laugh about it – it’s so mad,” she said.
“When Oakley is older I’ll tell him his scan photo was famous!”
