‘Just fab’ cries shopper after finding fashion staple in the colour of the season for just £3

Fashionista Paula, from Lanarkshire, says she’s on a mission to “make second hand trendy”.
And one of the bargain hunter’s recent finds will have other fashion fans flocking to their nearest charity store.
Paula, who revealed her latest haul from Salvation Army shops in Hamilton and Motherwell as well as the Cancer Research store in Motherwell, said: “I got these really cool chunky Mary Jane type shoes.”
She added: “Chocolate brown is one of the colours for the season. I have loads of stuff in the wardrobe in a chocolate brown.
“These are great wee shoes to go along with them and I don’t think they have even been worn once – for £3 which was fab.”
It’s not the only dynamite deal Paula picked up on her shopping jaunt.
She was also ‘chuffed’ to have scored a sleeveless white t-shirt from high-end brand Kos for just £2.
Meanwhile, her ‘bargain of the day’ was a homeware item that she’s been on the hunt for.
Paula said: “I got this Goodman’s record player like in the most amazing condition for £10.
“My mum had seen it and I had spoken about wanting to get one. I had also spoken to my boyfriend about which one to get because he has one. He said to get one with a speaker.
“I wanted one with a speaker that you can attach bluetooth to – and this does it all for a tenner.”
The charity shop expert plans to upcycle the turntable to match her decor.
She added: “It’s black and silver – I am going to take all these wee bits off and add gold, because my house is gold, but can you even believe that?
“I just now need to get vinyls. It has been reserved for Arctic Monkeys, Adele and Taylor Swift because I can’t spend money on vinyls for everybody because they are expensive.
“That was my really amazing bargain for the day.”
