England fans love it as history repeats itself with Three Lions legend’s son scoring in U17s win in Germany
ENGLAND fans are overjoyed after history repeated itself in Germany 23 years on.
The Three Lions famously beat the Germans on their own patch in Munich 5-1 in 2001.

Heskey put the final nail in the Germany coffin as he burst through on goal in the 74th minute before firing into the bottom corner on an historic night for England.
And years on his young son Reigan did exactly the same as the Under-17s came from behind to beat Germany.
Reigan Heskey, 16, came off the bench to wrap up the victory after goals from Manchester United‘s Kaden Braithwaite and Seth Ridgeon overturned Germany’s 1-0 lead.
England’s official X account celebrated by sharing the goal alongside the caption: “An away win in Germany with Heskey on the scoresheet?” followed by a winking emoji.
Fans celebrated the victory and loved the fact history repeated itself with a Heskey firing past Germany.
One reacted saying: “HESKEY MAGIC! Who else but Emile Heskey to score in a massive away win in Germany?”
Another added: “3-1! Even Heskey scored,” in reference to the chant created by England fans following the 2001 win.
