The Graham Norton Show return date revealed as THREE huge Hollywood A-listers hit the sofa
THE HIGHLY anticipated return of The Graham Norton Show is now just around the corner.
The BAFTA winning talk show is making a comeback on BBC One on Friday, September 27.
The Graham Norton Show is returning after its regular hiatus[/caption] It will start airing again in a couple of weeks[/caption] Demi Moore will be one of the show’s guests[/caption]And this season’s premiere is going to feature an impressive line up of Hollywood A-listers.
Demi Moore herself will be making her debut on the show to discuss her latest role in the critically acclaimed body horror film The Substance.
Global superstar Lady Gaga will also be joining the fun.
She is sure to dazzle audiences with her sense of style as she talks about her portrayal of Harley Quinn in the upcoming film Joker: Folie à Deux.
Adding even more star power, Irish actor Colin Farrell will take the spotlight to discuss his performance as the title character in upcoming series The Penguin.
In addition to these three major stars, British actor and filmmaker Richard Ayoade will also be welcomed on by Graham Norton to talk about his latest literary project.
The IT crowd star has recently written a memoir called The Unfinished Harauld Hughes, which aims to bring the mid-century playwright back into the limelight.
Then of course the show’s beloved Big Red Chair segment will make a comeback.
It sees audience members invited to share their most entertaining secrets, often with hilarious results.
The first episode of this year’s Graham Norton Show will start airing at 10.40pm.
Graham Norton's career so far
GRAHAM Norton is one of the most recognisable personalities in British television - known for his quick wit and charismatic interviewing style.
He initially moved to London in the 80s to pursue a career in acting and comedy. After years of small roles, his breakthrough came in the late 90s with the Channel 4 show So Graham Norton. The series quickly gained a cult following for its mix of outrageous humour, celebrity interviews, and unpredictable moments.
Graham’s success with Channel 4 led to even more high profile opportunities. The BBC offered him the role of hosting their Eurovision coverage and he started the job in 2009, taking over from the legendary Terry Wogan. His humorous coverage of the camp song contest made him a fan favourite across Europe.
His long running The Graham Norton Show solidified his reputation as one of the best talk show hosts on television. The show was launched on BBC Two in 2007, before moving to BBC One in 2009.
