She specifically discussed dog breeds that are often regarded as “scary.”
For her first pick, she explained why she wouldn’t opt for a Giant Schnauzer.
While she acknowledged that this breed is “incredible” she also pointed out that they are “too high energy” for her.
The TikToker said that she has discussed the breed with different owners.
According to the pet parents, Giant Schnauzers “they never really learn to chill when a stranger is in the house.”
While Tea said that this wouldn’t be a deal breaker for her, she pointed out that it was a characteristic she’d want to train out of her dog.
She also discussed the reasons why she would avoid owning a Beauceron.
The dog enthusiast said that the breed is “fantastic” and had previously piqued her interest.
However, a key detail meant that they were not the ideal pet for her.
Tea described the breed as “a bit too complex” for what she would be looking for.
“They don’t mature, especially the males, until three to five years,” she explained.
She added that they are also known to be “pretty slow to recover from adverse experiences,” making them more difficult to train.
Tea told her followers that she would want a dog that is “a little more forgiving.”
She also gave a shout out to two of her honourable mentions, which were the Anatolian Shepherd and the Pitbull.
