‘What in the Live Laugh Love is this?’ People cry as woman shows off super bling new glitter mirror staircase
A WOMAN has been trolled for showing off her glittery staircase, that has a mirror on each step.
Although the crushed velvet ‘millennial’ grey look is a thing of the past for many, some are still proudly sticking to the often-trolled trend.
A woman has been trolled over her glittery mirror stairs[/caption] Many said the stairs reminded them of the ‘millennial grey’ crushed velvet trend[/caption]And one woman who is clearly a fan of the trend is @albert.mirror.alb who took to TikTok to proudly show off her new staircase.
The stairs are painted a bright white colour, with a strip of sparkly silver glitter down the middle.
And the sides of the steps are entirely covered in mirrors.
As the woman climbed the stairs in the video, she could see her reflection in every step as she made her way to the top.
The bannister is also covered in mirrors, with a large crystal knob placed on the end.
The rest of the woman’s house is decorated with a similar design, with large silver mirrors on the walls, and signs which read ‘Home’ and ‘Family’ displayed in the hallway.
The woman appeared to be extremely happy with the new look of her staircase.
However, her TikTok, which has racked up over 1.9 million likes, has been subject to cruel comments from trolls.
One person said: “What in the Live Laugh Love is this then?”
A second person said: “I don’t even want to imagine the living room and kitchen.”
A third person joked: “Can you customise these to say LIVE LAUGH LOVE on each step please?”
A fourth person added: “If Temu made houses.”
However, others stepped in to defend the woman’s design choices.
One person said: “Not everyone’s taste, but great job well done.”
Trends interior designers hate
IF you want to ensure that your home looks glam, here are the trends that interior designers can't stand.
NO YELLOW: According to Bilal Rehman, yellow paint in a bedroom is a big no no.
He said: “If you want everyone to know you’re a horse girl then yellow is perfect for you.”
SIGN OFF: Kelly Hoppen shared her honest thoughts on Live, Love, Laugh signs.
The interior pro explained: “Another gripe of mine – Live, Laugh, Love – those kinds of wooden things that sit on book shelves and floating shelves, that’s so 10, 12, 15 years ago.”
NO GREY YAY: Julie Provenzano explained that grey interiors have been overdone.
She stressed: “We took a good thing and we overdid it to the point that it now feels copy, paste, basic.”
A second person said: “Each to their own.
“If that’s what they like people should just move on without the negative comments.”
A third person said: “Why are people hating? It looks nice.”
