THE showbiz world has been left heartbroken as celebrities are reacting to the death of TV star The Vivienne.
James Lee Williams has tragically died aged only 32 their publicist has revealed on social media tonight.
Celebs are now paying tribute to the star who won the first series of RuPaul’s Drag Race UK in 2019.
Pussycat Dolls star Ashley Roberts said: “Omg! I can’t believe this. This is heartbreaking news.”
Sheridan Smith added: “Oh my god! No! So sorry Simon.”
Michelle Visage said: “I don’t have the words. Utterly heartbroken.”
Born and raised in North Wales, Williams moved to Liverpool at 16 years old and flourished in the drag scene where they took on a name inspired fashion designer Vivienne Westwood.
The drag performer was only seen on Blankety Blank – previously hosted by drag legend Lily Savage – days ago on the Christmas special.
PR Simon Jones said: “It is with immense sadness that we let you know our beloved James Lee Williams – The Vivienne, has passed this weekend.
“James was an incredibly loved, warm-hearted and amazing person.
“Their family are heartbroken at the loss of their son, brother and uncle. They are so proud of the wonderful things James achieved in their life and career.”
