ITV drop huge update on The 1% Club’s future just weeks after fans were left stunned by ‘easy’ and ‘trick’ questions
ITV have shared a huge update about The 1% Club’s future – following fans fuming over ‘trick’ questions.
The smash-hit game show hosted by Lee Mack launched back in April 2022.

Their post showed a snap of Lee standing on the set during rehearsals.
Its caption read: “Getting ready. See you very soon for Series 4. #The1PercentClub.”
One excited viewer penned: “Ooooo when will Series4 be please?”
Another wrote: “Hopefully a Saturday nights prime time weekly slot again.”
A third simply shared: “CANNOT WAIT”, along with four “hearts in eyes” emojis.
It comes as viewers have recently slammed the show for “trick” or “easy” questions.
One occasion saw Lee ask: “Which of these groups of six symbols are in the same order whether you read them from left to right or from right to left?”
The 56-year-old then revealed eight members of the studio audience were out at the 15% mark, before announcing the answer was C.
Writing on X, a furious fan said: “Baffled! I didn’t understand this one at all.”
Another agreed: “I said A and I still think A. I don’t understand how it’s not.”
Ultimately an eagle-eyed viewer cracked the ‘trick question’ and explained it to other The 1% Club fans.
He said: “Because it’s how you read it.
“I thought it was A, too, but it starts as a Closed bracket, whereas C starts the same as the end. I hope that explains it.”
A similar situation occurred on the show’s US counterpart, which is hosted by comedian Patton Oswalt.
Patton, 55, asked a 10% question revolving around a sequence shown on screen.
It read: “What month comes next in the sequence below?” and then a second line read: “April, August, December, February” and then a blank space.
