A 28-YEAR-OLD woman clapped back at the haters who judge her age gap relationship.
She poked fun at people who claim she is a “mail order bride” after she married her husband, who is now 70.
In a viral video, TikTok user Jackie (@dave_jackie2818) revealed that she and her husband Dave have been married for six years.
Despite their long relationship and happy marriage, the couple face backlash online for their dramatic difference in age.
The pair, who met when Jackie was 21, are open about the accusations of gold-digging and green card hunting that surround them.
Jackie first met Dave when he visited her home country of The Philippines on a holiday.
They matched online while he was staying near her area and agreed to meet at a local Starbucks.
While Dave said he was “impressed” by Jackie, he joked that she didn’t look at his online profile before agreeing to meet.
However, the pair insist that their 46-year age gap is not an issue in their relationship.
A few months after their first date, Dave returned to The Philippines and popped the question.
The pair married in February 2018 and Jackie moved to the US to live with her new husband.
After sharing details of their relationship online, the couple have faced all kinds of accusations.
And while haters often refer to Jackie as a “mail order bride,” she posted a joking response.
In the clip, Dave can be seen collecting a delivery box from his front door step marked “Mail order bride.”
After he cuts it open, Jackie pops out of it holding a bouquet of flowers and wearing a wedding dress.
