All the ways Jesy Nelson hid her pregnancy from the ex Little Mix star’s baggy clothes and social media breaks
JESY Nelson shocked fans when she announced that she was expecting her first child.
The former Little Mix star took to social media as she announced her exciting news online.
Jesy, 33, revealed that she was pregnant with an exciting post on her Instagram grid page.
She posted a polaroid snap with her boyfriend, Zion Foster, which showed her flaunting her growing bump in a white crop top.
The former The X Factor winner captioned the image: “She’s eating for 3 now,” alongside two baby emojis.
However, it seems that the star may have hinted for the past few months that she was expecting.
Social media break
Before her announcement, the star largely stayed off social media for a number of months.
The last snap on her Instagram before today’s reveal came over two months ago, on November 6, 2024.
That was the only post from Jesy that whole month, as before that she uploaded a selection of close up shots in October.
She clearly hid any hint of her figure in the selfie dump, posting just her beaming face and ample cleavage.
This was one of only two posts that entire month after she posted a throwback highlights album of her trip to the States.
Baggy Clothes
In her recent snaps, Jesy has been posting clever photos to hide the extent of her changing figure.
In November, the ‘Boyz’ hitmaker flaunted her washboard abs as she posed next to a luxury Mercedes G-Waggon.
Although she was dressed in a white crop top and baggy blue high-waisted jeans, she covered part of her body with a heavy fur coat.
In a clever position, she hid away some of her enviable curves with the huge warming item.
Other snaps also show the star wearing oversized shorts with large belts and huge leather jackets.
A snap from her time in the states also showed the star posing in a baggy satin nighty to cover her midriff area.
Even back in September, the star was seen on her grid in baggy hoodies, oversized t-shirts as she covered up.
No events
Jesy has also not been seen at any showbiz events in recent months as she stayed away from high-profile red carpets.
The last time she posed in glam formal wear on her Instagram story was in December 2022.
She was seen in a slimming khaki two-piece gown as she walked hand in hand with her partner.
This was at her music video screening at the Everyman Screen on the Green in April 2023.
Otherwise, it seems her previous penchant for dramatic public appearances was few and far between in 2024.
