UK winner of £83m EuroMillions jackpot richer than Tyson Fury & Stormzy could buy 10 private jets… but they have no clue
A BRIT EuroMillions winner has scooped £83million – making them richer than boxing champion Tyson Fury and rapper Stormzy.
The problem is, they haven’t come forward to claim their prize and time is running out.
The oblivious single ticket-holder matched the winning numbers six days ago to become the UK’s first jackpot winner of 2025 – and the 23rd biggest in history.
Lottery operator Allwyn has appealed for players to double check their tickets as the deadline runs down.

The jackpot winner will have a net worth of more than double that of Spider-Man star Tom Holland and singer Lewis Capaldi.
And will have scooped more than Daniel Radcliffe made for the whole Harry Potter franchise (£75million).
The lucky player could buy 10 Embraer EMB-505 Phenom 300 private jets or the same amount of Jedi Admiral aluminium superyachts, which sold for £8million – with their winnings.
They could even splash out on 16 of Beyonce’s engagement rings, worth around £4.8million each, or Paul Newman’s Cosmograph Daytona – the most expensive ever Rolex watch (£14.5million).
Or the ticket-holder could afford to have bought the most expensive racehorse ever sold – Fusaichi Pegasus – who cost £53.7million in 2000.
The most expensive Ferrari – a 1963 250 GTO – was sold in a private sale for $70milllion (£56.3m) in 2018, and is well within the winner’s price range.
But they might also have their eyes on a property investment, with a 2,010-acre Northumberland livestock farm currently on the market for £9.5million.
It includes the livestock farm and moorland, as well as a principal Grade II-listed farmhouse, a second farmhouse, two cottages and a bungalow. And the winner could buy 10.
They could even have afforded to front the money for current box office smash Paddington in Peru, which had a budget of £72.2million.
Alwyn spokesman Andy Carter said of the win: “What a way to start the year.”
He added: “I can’t believe there’s one lucky ticket-holder out there who hasn’t claimed this incredible EuroMillions jackpot prize – there are 83,474,081 reasons for them to check their ticket straight away!”
“It’s only been six days since the EuroMillions draw but, we’re waiting with bated breath to pay out this latest huge winner.
“We’re urging all EuroMillions players to check their paper tickets to see if they are our missing multi-millionaire.”
The biggest EuroMillions win of £195million went to an anonymous UK player in July 2022.
Joe and Jess Thwaite from Gloucester hold second place on the list, and are the biggest-ever publicity winners with a £184,262,899.10 jackpot win in the EuroMillions draw on 10 May 2022.
Richard and Debbie Nuttall from Lancashire shared the £123m jackpot prize in the draw on Tuesday 30 January with a winner in Spain, meaning the couple scooped a whopping £61m.

The biggest National Lottery winner of all time is £195.7M anonymous EuroMillions jackpot winner from 19 July 2022.
In second place is Joe & Jess Thwaite from Gloucester who won £184.2M on 10 May 2022, and another anonymous winner who won £177M on 26 November 2024.
The £84M jackpot from 24 January 2025 that is yet to be claimed lands at the 23rd spot, just below a £84,451,321 win from 20 March 2012 that is marked at the 22nd spot.
