Detective Constable Angus Whitehead, of Kirklees Safeguarding Unit, labelled the report “concerning”, before urging the pictured man to come forward.
He added: “There are some pretty clear images of the suspect, and I am hopeful that there will be people who know who this man is.
“I would like to reassure members of the public that we have been conducting extensive enquiries to identify this man.
“Similarly, I would urge this man himself to come forward to assist us with our enquiries.”
