It’s not the first time Lidl has launched a limited edition box.
Back in August, the discount supermarket launched a Lidl mystery box which included £199 worth of items for just £20.
Like the beauty box, a limited number were released online for customers to snap up.
It included everything from a musical keyboard and an electric toothbrush.
Last May, the budget supermarket also launched £2 beauty box, which was also a hit with shoppers.
How can I save money when shopping at Lidl?
Lidl reduces items at the start of the day and the best deals can be found between 7am to 8am, when most stores open.
Shoppers can often find cooked meats, salmon fillets and breads reduced by 30% or more.
Not only does Lidl have its own range of reasonably priced alcohol, it also does its own knock-offs of branded favourites – so say cheers to its bargain booze.
Everyone knows about the “Middle of Lidl” – it’s here where you’ll find a load of random stuff that you didn’t realise you need, at decent prices.
But if you’re hoping to avoid spending more than you planned, you can check what will be in the “Middle of Lidl” on the supermarket’s website in advance.
The Middle of Lidl is refreshed every Thursday and Sunday.
Shoppers can also keep tabs on what’s appearing in the “Pick of the Week” section on the Lidl website.
The discounts happen every Thursday and are usually on fruit, vegetables and meat.
Is Lidl's Valtenies Day box worth it?
By Laura McGuire, consumer reporter
LIDL’s limited edition boxes are a great way to save money – if you are lucky enough to get your hands on one.
I was lucky enough to try its mystery box drop back in August and received £199 worth of items for just £20.
It’s Valentine’s Day drop is packed full of some of Lidl’s best sellers in recent weeks – including its Lavish Shower Gel, which has gotten rave reviews for its likeness to Lush products.
Even if you don’t want to keep every product included in the box, it can be affordable way to get your hands on a range of goods which you resell or gift later on this year.
