He is the most searched for online in the UK by people looking for hot bearded men or those wanting to copy his look.
The Prince of Wales, 42, debuted the look in August — and it has clearly proved to be a hit.
Barber shop Ruffians studied monthly Google search data for 75 celebs with beards — or who used to sport one — to come up with the findings.
Wills’ tally of 7,189 was almost 6,000 ahead of the next hairy hunk — Superman actor Henry Cavill.
Venom star Tom Hardy, footballing great David Beckham and Seven actor Brad Pitt completed the top five.
Ruffians said: “Prince William is clearly doing something right with his bearded image.”
