AFTER years of being bothered by her double chin, one woman found a quick solution.
She revealed how she was able to sculpt her jawline in just two weeks for free.
In her viral video, TikTok user Valeriia Veksler (@valeriiaveksler) demonstrated the simple techniques she uses to prevent her double chin from returning.
She explained that people often assume she got rid of her double chin by losing weight.
However, she revealed that even at her “lowest weight” she still had a “prominent double chin”.
“As an ex cosmetic nurse, I thought that this issue can only be fixed with surgical procedures,” Valeriia told her audience of seven million.
However, she soon realised that something other than fat may be causing the problem.
She explained that the area around her chin is “prone to accumulating lymph liquid”.
This then becomes trapped, causing your muscles to becomes weak and push on the tissue, which creates a double chin appearance.
So often the dreaded double chin isn’t even caused by fatty tissue or genetics.
Once she discovered this, Valeriia began looking into ways to combat it.
The main solution she found was facial fitness techniques, which helped to drain the fluid build up.
She completed all the courses she could find and revealed that her double chin “disappeared in two weeks”.
Since then, she said her whole face has transformed, slimming down overall.
The TikToker demonstrated some of the moves she swears by for the ultimate glow up.
One involved tilting her chin and dragging her hands from below her chin down her neck.
She carried out a similar move in reverse, this time using her thumbs to move upwards.

Next, Valeriia placed her hands with her palms facing down under chin and moved them along jawline, first in a chopping movement and then gliding them along more smoothly.
Holding her chin between fingers and thumb, she dragged her hands along either side of her jawline.
After reaching her ear, she moved her hands down neck to her collar bone.
She also pinching the skin along the jawline on either side and down the side of her neck.
Valeriia also swiped down her neck, cupping it in the space between her index finger and thumb, alternating her hands to create a repeated motion.
For her final step, she tilted her chin up and stook her tongue out, angling it upwards.
She also move her tongue from side to side before closing her mouth and looking straight ahead as she gently tapped below her chin using back of her hand.
Valeriia showed her audience a before and after side-by-side comparison her jawline.
She recommends carrying out each exercise for 30 seconds and paying attention to your posture throughout the day.
