TV beauty Georgian Toffolo and Brewdog founder James Watt secretly tied the knot over the weekend – with some very unique details.
The beer tycoon, 42, wore overalls, cable-knit jumper and woolly hat as he and bride Toff, 30, celebrated on the water in a tribute to his late fisherman dad Jim.
Guests received just 48 hours’ notice of the surprise nuptials where the couple’s spaniel, Monty, acted as ring bearer.
James’s two daughters from his previous marriage to illustrator Johanna Basford were bridesmaids in Gardenstown, Aberdeenshire.
Georgia married in a fur dress with a Bardot neckline while James wore a dark suit and matching tie before switching to his overalls.
The couple revealed they had “eloped” after a ceremony in a church in the coastal village where fewer than 600 people live.
Continuing the nautical theme, they shared the coordinates of the spot where they got hitched.
Toff posted online: “James and I got married today.
“1st March will forever be the best day of my life – the day I became your wife.
“To our family and friends who aren’t with us, we will celebrate with you soonest. I can’t believe it.”
She has since opened up about four details that stopped their nuptials from being a “normal wedding” – beyond the fishing boat and overalls.
In a TikTok video, she said: “The night before we get married, we are staying in the same house, sleeping in the same bed.
“I’m not doing any of that traditional, you can’t see the bride until she walks down the aisle. I love him too much.
“I can’t bear to not have that joy of the night before we get married.”
The former Made in Chelsea star also revealed her new hubby had a ‘best lady’ instead of a best man, and that she wasn’t wearing a “traditional outfit” to tie the knot.
But it was the last detail that has really left social media users divided.
“James isn’t having a wedding ring”, Toff said.
“He is just going to put his Oura ring [a health-tracking smart ring] on his left hand. I don’t know whether that’s like really awful or really iconic.”
Her short video quickly went viral with more than four million views – and people had plenty to say about the ring.
Some have insisted it is a major red flag, as one person fumed: “He should have a ring it’s a symbol of your marriage.”
“The Oura ring in place of a wedding band is criminal”, screamed somebody else.
A third wrote: “The rest of it I can get behind but the Oura ring is going to seem ridiculous to you in 10 years, maybe even less than that.”
A foúrth exclaimed: “He’s a multimillionaire and isn’t buying a wedding ring? That’s weird!”
“Ring is a must it’s the symbolic and not to wear one shows lack of commitment”, chimed in a fifth.
Meanwhile, a sixth said: “Agree with everything but wedding ring – red flag.”
But fans of the couple have jumped to Georgia’s defence and insisted that their alternative plans are “refreshing”.
One gushed: “I love it all – I think all wedding traditions are so outdated! I wouldn’t expect you to have trad wedding!”
A second wrote: “I love the Oura ring idea. And if he gets tired of the Oura ring you can always buy an actual ring!”
Somebody else claimed: “My dad has never worn a wedding ring and has been married to my mum for 35years. A ring isn’t everything.”
“Am loving you are breaking all the old traditions”, added a fourth.
A fifth echoed: “Traditional doesn’t work for everyone, it’s your special day, you have to do what will make you both happy and a memorable day for you both, such a lucky man.”
And a sixth agreed: “Refreshing to hear people stepping away from the ‘norm’. Love it! This is what makes your wedding unique.”
Georgia and James’ celebrations came seven months after the former beer boss’s 68-year-old father died from pancreatic cancer.
A source told The Scottish Sun on Sunday: “James and Toff looked so happy.
“They’ve been through some tough times and deserve some joy.
“They could have got married anywhere in the world, so it is extra special they did it here.
“It’s so touching they gave a nod to his dad. He’d be so proud.
“They are a beautiful couple and they deserve a long, happy marriage.”
It is believed they partied with pals in a village pub over sausage rolls and beer before heading to BrewDog’s Dogtap venue in nearby Ellon for an evening bash.
They were met with whoops from staff as they arrived while James was wearing a silver suit.
Former Prime Minister Boris Johnson’s dad Stanley – Georgia’s former I’m A Celebrity campmate – was among the guests.

The rest of the bar was filled with families having meals.
One local said: “You would have had no idea there was a celebrity wedding going on – apart from the two security guards out front.
“It was all pretty low-key and normal.”
The newlyweds also announced plans for a honeymoon in Scotland – with another bash planned in London on their return.
James, from Fraserburgh, started dating Made In Chelsea star Toff after they were introduced by a pal two years ago.
The 2017 Queen of the Jungle swapped London for the north east to be with him and they announced their engagement last October.
He proposed while on holiday in Greece to mark her birthday.
