India's tennis dreams at the Paris Olympics were shattered when Sumit Nagal and Rohan Bopanna's men's doubles team were defeated by French competitors in their opening matches. Nagal, who had a strong start against Corentin Moutet, lost in a three-set thriller, losing 2-6, 6-4, 5-7. Despite recovering from the first set, Nagal couldn't maintain his form in the deciding set.
