Workers from Canaan Construction install ‘Echo,’ the 22-ton ringed sculpture created by Kristine Rumman and Dane Turpening, both Toledo natives. The work was forged from 11 steel rings reclaimed from the old steam plant’s smokestacks when they were taken down last year for safety reasons.
