Forced into a lose-lose situation, Ohio Democratic leaders in the General Assembly signed onto the best deal they could get for congressional reapportionment. It’s still an abuse of power to increase the GOP majority in the U.S. House of Representatives by disproportionately drawing pro-Republican districts in Ohio.
