Mercy Health has been ordered to present its breach-of-contract claims against Nationwide Children’s Hospital to an arbitrator for resolution. In the underlying lawsuit, Mercy claimed Nationwide Children’s Hospital breached an agreement with Mercy by entering into a partnership with ProMedica to provide certain pediatric services.
