New cars' technology no substitute for safe driver behavior, authorities say

While the Toledo Auto Show’s state-of-the-art vehicles are fitted with myriad high-tech safety features, safe driver behavior remains vital, the Ohio Turnpike’s chief engineer said in the exhibit hall Friday morning.
