All a-board: Program teaches kids confidence and consistency through skateboarding

Joshua Cunningham didn’t step on a skateboard until he was 28 years old. After being discharged from the Navy in 2013, the Toledo native struggled to adjust to civilian life, searching for direction after six years of military service.
