Judge removes Ohio teachers’ pension fund board chairman for breaching fiduciary duty

COLUMBUS — Rudy Fichtenbaum, chairman of the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio board, must be removed from the board for violating his fiduciary duty to the pension fund, Franklin County Judge Karen Held Phipps ruled Thursday.
