FOR THE second time in 20 years America has been dragged into a Middle East war by a so-called trusted and dependable friend, Israel. In the intervening years we seem to have forgotten the Iraq war that that cost the United States $2 trillion. Six hundred thousand Iraqi civilians and 4,598 U.S. personnel died in that useless conflict.
