Department of Education Secretary nominee Linda McMahon slams Department of Education: ‘It’s not working’
For something that’s been around since 1980 and tax payers have spent nearly 1 trillion dollars on it, the return on the investment is terrible. Performance test scores are in a freefall. McMahon suggests making education the responsibility of each state and the parents of students rather than having it on the federal level.
