Former Secret Service agent: ‘They’re sending agents out’ to investigate James Comey

The Federal Bureau of Investigation knows all about the apparent threat to the life of President Donald Trump and ex-FBI head James Comey posted, then canceled, on social media.

And it will offer all the needed help to the Secret Service, which is the main investigative team for such cases.

Comey posted online an image of seashells placed in the sand to spell “86 47.”

Trump, of course, is the 47th president in this term. “86” is terminology sometimes used for instructions to get rid of someone or something.

FBI Director Kash Patel said, “We are aware of the recent social media post by former FBI Director James Comey, directed at President Trump. We are in communication with the Secret Service and Director Curran. Primary jurisdiction is with SS on these matters and we, the FBI, will provide all necessary support.”

A former Secret Service agent explained in a report that was posted online that Comey was in for a “very, very, very long night.”

He’s gonna have to talk to them, because this stuff about, well, I, you know, I found this on the beach. I didn’t know what it meant. None of that makes sense.” “These threat investigations are immediate,” he said. “There’s no delay in these types of investigations, they are going to see to speak to him as soon as possible.” Marino also said Comey can be prosecuted for the threatening social media post under 18 USC 871, Threats Against Presidents. “Comey is going to have some splainin’ to do,” he added. “In this current political climate…This case has to be presented to a United States Attorney for acceptance of the case or declination.”

Comey deleted the post shortly after putting it online.

And there was a reminder that President Trump has faced two assassination attempts in just the last year, so the threat is serious.

Comey had claimed online, “Cool shell formation on my beach walk.”

The interpretation was clear to many:

86 = get rid of or remove
47 = Trump

Trump fired Comey in 2017 while Comey was orchestrating one of the many Democrat lawfare investigations of Trump.

The Gateway Pundit reported, “Shortly after the firing, it was revealed that James Comey penned several memos stemming from nine confidential conversations he had with President Trump. Comey admitted during a Congressional hearing that he gave portions of his memos to a friend (Daniel Richman) to leak to the New York Times in order to prompt a special counsel investigation into President Trump for obstruction of justice. Within 24 hours of the memo leak to the New York Times, Mueller was appointed as special counsel on May 17th, 2017.”

The White House responded to Comey’s social media post calling it “what can clearly be interpreted as ‘a hit’ on the sitting President of the United States.”
