It's hard to figure out exactly who Scott Tolzien is, other than the Colts' likely starting quarterback in Week 1. He doesn't have an Instagram or Twitter account. He only regularly uses one app on his phone (the weather app). His teammates say he's a great presence in the locker room, but not much else. In short, Tolzien is the quintessentially normal (his word!) backup quarterback.
