Tata Sons chairman emeritus Ratan Tata on Friday moved the Supreme Court seeking “complete setting aside” of the judgment of National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), which had directed Cyrus Mistry’s reinstatement as executive chairman and termed his removal “illegal”.
