Chelsea make statement as Tottenham end investigation over alleged Antonio Rudiger abuse

Chelsea have made a statement on the alleged racist abuse of defender Antonio Rudiger, after Tottenham confirmed that they and the Metropolitan Police had closed their respective investigations over a lack of evidence.
